Australian Bureau of Statistics - DataBuilder Regional (New South Wales)

Description of Use This URL is the primary source for the population demographics used in the CitizenshipStats component. It provides regional statistics that underpin: population growth trends (2011–2024: 6.08M → 6.44M), gender and median age breakdowns, working-age population figures (66–66.8%), birth/death rates and fertility trends, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population data, and key health and socioeconomic indicators. Using this ABS data ensures the Citizen SERA platform presents accurate, government-verified statistics, enabling users to understand Australia’s demographics and access relevant advocacy services reliably.
