Project Description

Kwento is an employee-driven storytelling agent that helps organisations make their use of AI transparent, relatable, and trustworthy.

Through simple guided prompts, employees can share how AI supports their daily work — what problem it solves, how it changes their workflow, and the benefits it brings to customers and communities. Kwento turns these inputs into polished outputs such as LinkedIn captions, newsletter articles, or posters.

By highlighting real stories, Kwento transforms employees into advocates for responsible AI adoption. Each story also includes references to security practices and aligns with principles from Engaging with Artificial Intelligence by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), ensuring trust and accountability are always part of the narrative.

Data Story

Government Dataset Used

Engaging with Artificial Intelligence (ACSC, cyber.gov.au) – principles for responsible AI use.

How It Was Used

Embedded as a governance checkpoint in Kwento.

Employees select which ACSC practices (e.g. role-based access, oversight, security) applied to their AI use.

Each story cites ACSC guidance to show alignment with government standards.

Intention for Data Output

Employee stories are recorded in a central log.

Purpose:

Accountability – proof of how AI is used across roles.

Improvement – insights to refine AI adoption and governance.

Creates a dataset of authentic anecdotes for transparency and human-centred campaigns.
