Service Agent is an AI-powered platform that helps Australians easily discover, understand, and access government services at lifeβs most critical moments.
From the birth of a child to the loss of a job, from becoming a carer to recovering from a disaster, Australians often face overwhelming rules, eligibility criteria, and scattered information across multiple agencies. Service Agent cuts through this confusion with a simple, friendly, and inclusive experience.

- Trust & Ethics β Built according to the AI Technical Standard.
