The year 2020 is a special year. COVID-19 has swept the world like a tornado. As of August 13, 2020, there have been 20.9 million confirmed cases with 13 million cured and 756,000 deaths. The battle against the Virus is not only related to individuals, but also reflects the ability of a country or region to combat risks when faced with a pandemic. So how can we use modern technology to improve the current situation? Intelligent health. In fact, many countries have begun to speed up the construction of medical information infrastructure. Capital market data can well prove this: In the first half of 2020, the total financing amount of global health industry in 2020 was 32.94 billion dollars, 12% higher than the same period last year. There were 973 transactions with 879 publicly disclosed financing events. However, information and services are scattered, and so are the data, the advantage of which is not fully taken. Therefore, we need to strengthen the medical information infrastructure and integrate information and services into the government integrated service platform (we call this project Smart Health). This platform includes telemedicine, Internet medicine delivery, Internet insurance and claim settlement, and personal digital health. Everyone needs only one ID on this platform. The platform can be presented in the form of a web page or a mobile app.
