Project Description

Access to essential services remains a significant challenge for people with disabilities. While some individuals manage daily tasks independently or with personal carers, others require more structured support through facilities like the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The barriers faced in accessing services are often compounded by systemic issues involving multiple stakeholders, including NDIS providers, government agencies, rehabilitation services, and professional carers.

Navigating this complex landscape requires targeted solutions that improve access to these services and empower those providing care. Our approach and focus with iMPower project is to streamline the interaction between NDIS businesses and their clients by leveraging innovative technologies that enhance service delivery and decision-making processes. By prioritising impactful, data-driven solutions, we aim to ensure seamless and equitable access to essential services for people with disabilities.

Our solution addresses the specific needs of NDIS service providers and carers, empowering them with accurate and reliable data on their clients' medical conditions and appropriate responses. This approach will drive improved decision-making, optimise business operations, enhance service quality, and ultimately improve patient satisfaction.
