Friday, August 18th
5:00pm - 5:30pm: Doors Open! Registration and early networking.
5:30 pm: Dinner Served
6:00pm: Local presentations commence.
7:05pm: Announcement of local challenges.
7:30pm - 8:00 pm: Continued networking, team formation, and venue wrap-up.

3:00pm: Recommended video/project upload time.
4:00pm: Project submission deadline.
Evening: Closing ceremony, video screenings, Peer judging, and event conclusion.
