Venue is accessible via elevator, with accessible doors into the foyer on the Bunda St side of the building. This will be the common access point after hours. Accessible bathrooms are also located on Level 10.

Parking:

Visitor parking is available in the Canberra Centre building (148 Bunda Street), operated by Secure Parking. Please refer to Secure Parking website for details on location, parking rates and opening hours. Some street parking is also available. Be aware of any street signs, as city parking laws my prohibit parking in certain areas.

Our local ACT GovHack team will provide you with an overview of the upcoming GovHack competition (18th - 20th August), answering any queries you might have along the way.

The most successful teams have a diverse range of skills, and attending this event is an ideal opportunity to discover a team to join. Many lasting friendships have been forged at GovHack, making it the perfect venue to connect with individuals who share your interests.

Data Mentors may attend to share their knowledge of open government data and to provide insight that could help incubate ideas to pursue during the competition. Additionally, tech-savvy mentors might be present to share some useful tips and tricks that could assist you in devising winning concepts.

The event will be hosted at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canberra Office, situated on Level 10 of 68 Northbourne Avenue. The spacious training rooms and open-plan kitchen/meeting areas have been allocated for this GovHack event.

Please note that access to the foyer at 68 Northbourne is restricted outside of standard business hours. However, a guard will be stationed in the foyer during the event to grant access to GovHack participants. Please note, registration is essential to attend this event.
